Custom Handlers for Listers: path

When the user enters a new path in the path gadget of a lister you will
receive this message.

The arguments are:-

        Arg0 - "path"              (a string indicating the event type)
        Arg1 - <handle>            (lister handle)
        Arg2 - <path>              (path of lister)
